Step by step
- Open Reports from the main menu.
- Start with the sales summary. Choose the period and review sales by item, employee and receipt.
- Check stock reports for stock levels and total stock value.
- Review financial reports, including profit and loss, which combine sales, purchases and expenses.
- Open the VAT report when preparing your VAT figures. For tax questions, check with the Federal Tax Authority or your accountant.
- Look at customer and supplier reports for balances and history.
- Export as PDF or Excel to save or share.
A simple reporting routine
- Daily: the end-of-day report and cash difference from the shift.
- Weekly: best-selling items and low-stock items.
- Monthly: profit and loss, VAT report and supplier balances.
Why it matters
Reports turn daily activity into decisions: what to reorder, which staff member sells most, and whether a branch is profitable. Because OxPOS keeps sales, stock, purchases, expenses and staff in one system, the reports agree with each other.
