Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Your quotation confirms the final price, what is included, payment terms and renewal terms before you buy. We may change published prices at any time; changes do not affect quotations already accepted.

3. Intellectual property

The MarkZone, OxPOS, ZainaApp and TexPOS names, logos, screenshots and website content belong to MarkZone Technology. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or interfere with its operation. Use of the website must comply with UAE law.

5. Third-party links

Links to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, MarkZone is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content. Our responsibilities for products and services you buy are set out in your agreement with us.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
