Manage Multiple Branches from One Place in OxPOS
Video tutorial: add branches in OxPOS, link products and stock to each branch, transfer stock between branches and compare branch figures.
Whether you have one shop or ten, OxPOS lets you manage every branch from a single screen. This two-minute lesson shows how to add branches and keep stock and figures organised across them.
What this video covers
- The Branch Management dashboard
- Adding a new branch
- Following the number of active branches
- Linking products and stock to each branch
- Transferring stock between branches
- Viewing each branch’s indicators separately
Step by step
- Open Branch Management.
- Add a branch with its name and details.
- Link products and stock to the branch so each location has its own quantities.
- Transfer stock from a branch with extra quantity to one that is running low.
- Compare branches using each branch’s own indicators and reports.
Why it matters
Growing businesses often lose control when they open a second or third branch: stock gets mixed up and nobody knows which shop is really profitable. With all branches in one system, you see each location clearly and move stock where it sells. One of our long-term clients, a UAE retail group, has grown to six branches with MarkZone.
Tips
- Name branches clearly, by area or mall, so reports are easy to read.
- Use transfers, not manual adjustments, when moving stock, so both branches stay accurate.
- Give each branch’s staff the right role, so they see only what their job needs.
